The home of Ethel Thomas was destroyed by fire late Tuesday, and nine people lost their home in the blaze. The cause of the fire was children putting paper in the wood heater, according to Fire Chief Jarrett Slocumb. The burning paper fell out of the heater, causing the house to go up in flames.…
