Search Warrant Results in Arrests
On July 1 at approximately noon, deputies on the Patrol Division and the Crime Suppression Unit executed a search warrant at 188 Tower Street in Monticello. The following were arrested:
Daniel David Andersin-Falero, 23, Monticello —Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Obstruction of Officers
George Gabriel Fernandez, 24, Monticello— Possession of Drug Related Objects
Jessica Jasmine Fernandez, 23, Monticello—Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Obstruction of Officers
In addition, warrants were taken for Cherie McQuirter, who has not yet been arrested but is charged with possession of Schedule 1 Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, and Possession of Marijuana.
Also, last week, at approximately 8:50 p.m., deputies were notified by the Eatonton Police Department that they were actively pursuing a suspect in a stolen vehicle on Hwy 16 East headed into Jasper County. Deputies responded and assisted Eatonton Police Department, and one individual was arrested and charged by Eatonton PD.
