Derrick Eugene Theodore West, III
Mr. Derrick Eugene Theodore West lll was born March 15, 1989, to Ms. Martha Holland and Mr. Theodore West Sr.
Derrick received his education and graduated from Southside High School in Atlanta Ga. Where he played basketball and baseball. He furthered his education and attended Ga. State University and majored in business administration and finance.
He accepted Christ at a very early age and became a member of Last Days Church of God, where he played as a drummer and played several other instruments. He was an artist who loved writing and producing a mixture of all types of music in which he included his mother and daughter Jase whom he loved dearly. Derrick was a very gifted and talented young man.
Derrick had been in management and worked in several department stores in the past. Although his passion was driving trucks his last employment was with Relagistics Inc. in Atlanta Ga.
Derrick had a heart of Gold; he was a warm and caring person that would go lacking in order to help someone else in need. He loved to eat, and his favorite food was his mama’s Sweet Potato Pie.
Derrick was a Handsome and Charming Man. His charms had him fall in love and marry Angelica Duncan in which they’re expecting their first child, whom he already had named her Angel.
Memories of Derrick will be cherished by many. His wife Angelica Duncan West, Daughter Jase Marie Easley, Stepdaughter Averie Barrett, Mother Evangelist Martha Holland, Father Mr. Theodore West Sr., Sister Tedra West, Brother Ted West (Karnetta), Nieces: Kaylan West, Jaj West, Nephew Tyler West, Father and Mother in law Pastor Henry Duncan, Janice Duncan, Uncles: Hanif West (Lois), Jermone West, Larry West, Willie Clarence Ross Jr., Robert White, Aunt Sara Ross. A very special friend whom he loved dearly Gannon Goodson (Ellie) and daughter Gabrielle. A host of other relatives and friends.
