Superior Court Sentences Listed
Judge Brenda Trammell presided over the March 4 arraignment calendar in Jasper Superior Court with the following sentences as a result of those proceedings.
Lucious M. Odom, Jr., sentenced to five years with entry into the Georgia Dept. of Corrections Inpatient Treatment Facility (ITF) program for negotiated plea for possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, obstruction of an officer, and forgery in the first degree. He was fined $1,000 and credited with time served since November 2023.
Yamajesty Q. Washingtion, sentenced to two years with the first 90 days in Jasper County jail for theft by taking and criminal trespass. Fined $500 and credited with time served since December 2024.
Probation revocations included:
Charles J. Grier, revoked 120 days to Jasper County jail for positive drug test, and termination from the Matrix substance abuse program. He was credited with time served since February 2025 and ordered to re-enroll in the Matrix program.
Adrian Battle, revoked 66 days to the jail for failure to make court payments, failure to do community service, failure to complete alcohol evaluation, failure to complete clinical evaluation, failure to complete risk reduction program, and failure to appear for hearing.
Michael Young, revoked to 40 days in jail for new offenses including possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug related objects, possession of marijuana, and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
Larisa Shaw, sentenced to enroll in a Thor approved inpatient substance abuse program for a minimum of a year for a new offense of disorderly conduct, admitted drug use, and failure to contact out of state probation officer.
Also, Chase Brown had a consent order lifted barring contact from Victoria Gordy and a bond order was granted to Arrington Bostic for an aggravated assault charge.
