Persons Are Arrested This Week
The holidays have ended, but crime never stops. The following individuals were booked in to the Jasper County Jail in the past week for the charges shown.
•Juanita Ann Graham, 23, Covington—possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (four counts)
•Otis Alan Alexander, 43, Atlanta—probation violation
•Kalib Alexander Edwards, 19, Newborn—Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance
•Brittani Ann Clark, 32, Athens—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge
•Gregory Allen Simmons, 34, Lithonia—housed for Baldwin Co.
•Roberto Jimenez, 37, Snellville—driving without a valid license
•Mitchell Oliver Russell, 39, Conyers—contempt of Superior Court for Fingerprintable Charge
•Charles Anthony Turner, 66, Macon—turned self in to serve sentence
•Robert Leroy Halliday, 48, Monticello—disorderly conduct
•Leonard Tyrone Davis, 41, Monticello—Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree; Criminal Trespass; Obstruction or Hindering Persons Making Emergency Telephone Call; Disorderly Conduct
•Breanna Michelle Smith, 20, Monticello—hold for Greene County
Deputies also responded to numerous calls for service of all types from premises checks and directing traffic to responding to livestock in the road, threatening and harassing calls, juvenile problems, and so much more. They made 83 traffic stops and checking out suspicious persons or motorists, and assisted 10 motorists. They responded to 17 calls of subject needs officer, and service 46 civil papers. They responded to nine accidents.
