Meth, Devices, More Are Found

Jasper County deputies went to an address off Kline Road last Sunday, attempting to serve outstanding warrants. While speaking to individuals who were at the property, they observed drug ingestion devices, and subsequently obtained a search warrant for the premises.

During their search deputies located suspected methamphetamine, multiple drug ingestion devices, as well as a stolen handgun.

Destiny Peters, 31, of Shady Dale, and David Norman, 33, of Shady Dale, were arrested and charged as follows: O.C.G.A. 16-13-30(c) Possession or Distribution of a controlled substance; O.C.G.A. 16-13-32.2 Possession of drug related objects; O.C.G.A. 16-8-7 Theft by receiving stolen property

In addition, Mr. Norman was charged with O.C.G.A. 16-11-131 Possession of firearm by convicted felon and O.C.G.A. 16-11-37 Terroristic threats and acts

•Alexandria Marie Schnakenberg, 19, Milledgeville—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Melvin Lamar Cosby, 59, Monticello—hold for Gwinnett County

•Larisa Ranae Shaw, 35, Monticello—probation violation

•Jamie Lynne Rithmice, 40, Shady Dale—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Angel Saengdao Souvannarath, 24, Rex— Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Bethany Ann Fincher, 35, Monticello—theft by taking

•Victoria K. Young, 20, Gordon—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Ondrea Lachelle Carter, 30, Newborn—disorderly conduct

•Meaghan Elizabeth Graves, 23, Monticello— Marijuana/possession of less than an

ounce.

•Antonio Dwayne Dumas, 43, Monticello—probation violation; contempt of Superior Court for fingerprintable charge; Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Travis Sentail Clemons, 44, Monticello—possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute; Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Tastasheia D Sheffield, 37, Atlanta—open container violation; failure to maintain lane; endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol; Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Scotty Wesley Mayfield, 62, Monticello—terroristic threats and acts (two counts); willful obstruction of law enforcement officers (two counts)

•Fred Lewis Sweeney, 19, Evans—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Chelsie Nicole Webb, 32, Monticello—simple battery/family violence; reckless conduct; disorderly conduct

•Daniel Lee Fain, 36, Monticello—burglary/second degree; possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit a felony

•William Thomas Stanley, 19, Conyers—hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident
