Persons Sentenced In Court

Jasper Superior Court convened June 27, to review the criminal session docket under the jurisdiction of Judge Stephen Bradley. The following sentences were ordered:
Brandon R. Lind, was sentenced to four years of probation for possession of methamphetamine and driving without a license. Fined $2,000.
Archangg D. Joseph, sentenced to two years with the first 14 days in confinement for possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, failure to maintain lane, and improper display of license plates. Fined $1,000.
Jonathan Moorer, sentenced to a year of probation for tag light violation with charges of possession of cocaine, no proof of insurance, and failure to wear seat safety belt were nolle prossed. Fined $500.
Charles Bradley Goen, sentenced to one year of probation for criminal trespass. Fined $300.
Skyler Price, probation revoked to 16 months in jail for new offenses in Rockdale County, failure to report to correction’s office, and failure to pay court fines.
Russell Musselwhite, probation revoked 120-180 days in the state probation detention center which was revoked to the Department of Correction’s residential substance abuse program until completion of the program. He committed new offenses in Mississippi, admitted to drug use, dismissed from substance abuse program in Athens, failure to pay court fines.
Wesley Theron Clark, Jr., probation revoked to the Department of Correction’s residential substance abuse program until completion of the program for violation s on three separate cases. He must also complete substance abuse aftercare and pay restitution each month.
Daniel Mackey, probation revoked to three months in jail for new offenses in Clayton County and failure to report to revocation in Jasper County.
Larry Wilson, probation revoked to three months in jail for huffing an aerosol can of keyboard cleaner, failure to complete community service, failure to complete family violence, and failure to make court payments.
Copeland Williford, probation revoked to six month long term in patient treatment program for dismissal of substance abuse program and failure to make payments.
Danny Criswell, probation revoked to Department of Correction’s residential substance abuse program suspended upon completion of a minimum six month long term inpatient treatment for positive drug tests, unknown residence, and failure to pay court fines.
