Deputies Make Traffic Stops; Arrest Several

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) made 125 traffic stops in the last week, which resulted in numerous arrests. They also made 28 premises checks, and numerous other types of calls.

In addition, they provided a security presence at the Shady Dale Rodeo and the Rodeo Parade.

A number of people were also arrested during the week, and they include:

•Nickholes Waits Johnson, 18, Monticello—DUI/driving under the influence of alcohol

•Kevin Patrick Mcmonagel, 22, Oxford—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge

•Damion Jamarcus Miller, 31, Eatonton—financial transaction card fraud (six counts)

•Thomas Joe Edmonds, 54, Hillsboro—theft by taking

•Jackie Marie Millwood, 50, Hillsboro— theft by taking

•Sean Dean Leforce, 46, Monticello—giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer (two counts), terroristic threats and acts, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers

•John Thomas Sherwood, 37, Jackson—hold for Butts County

•Daniel Andreas Mackey, 36, Atlanta—probation violation

•Gustavo Martinez Sanchez, 24, Newborn—driving while unlicensed, speeding

•Timothy Brian Strickland, 38, Hillsboro—parole violation

•Walter Wayne Fendley, 54, Mansfield—operating vessel w/improper lights, operating vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs

•Tony Allen Huston, 27, Monticello—probation violation, failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge

•Willie James Bostic, 47, Macon—speeding, DUI/ driving under the influence of alcohol

•Sean Matthew Bafford, 17, Jackson—possession of marijuana – less than an ounce, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance

•Thomas Ray Crowe, 38, Covington—public indecency – 1st or 2nd Offense, disorderly conduct (two counts)

•Kelly Michelle Young, 36, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine
