A celebration of life for Ms. Sands will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 1 p.m. at St. James A.M.E. Church, 514 Funderburg Drive, Monticello. Burial will be at Community Cemetery in Agateville.

Public viewing/visitation is on Saturday, May 27, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
