Many Are Sentenced in Court
Judge Brenda Trammell presided over the April 11 session of the Jasper Superior Court’s arraignment calendar which resulted in the following sentences.
Fielding J. Thompson was sentenced to five years with the first two years to be served in confinement for possession of methamphetamine. He was credited with time served from February 2021 to March 2023.
Heather P. Yon was sentenced to 10 years with the first 520 days in Jasper County jail for four counts of aggravated stalking and one count of criminal attempt to commit aggravated stalking. She was credited with time served from September 2021 to January 2022 and February 2022 to current.
Mitchell O. Russell, sentenced to 60 days in jail for possession of drug related objects.
Raymond R. Haldeman, sentenced to three years with the first 10 days in jail for improper display of license plates, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, driving while license suspended, and possession of cocaine. Fined $3,500.
Thomas Allen Isbell, sentenced to three years of probation for possession of marijuana with charges of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug related objects were nolle prossed.
Robert S. Hall, Jr., sentenced to two years of probation for giving false information to a law enforcement officer with possession of marijuana, failure to maintain brake lights, and theft by deception nolle prossed. He pleaded nolo to driving while license suspended. Fined $200.
Marcos J. Moore, sentenced to two years with the first day in jail for disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, and obstruction of an officer. Fined $900.
Michael A. Pinnock, sentenced to one year of probation for obstruction of an officer and possession of marijuana. Fined $500.
Reginald M. Stevens, sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $500.
Gregory L. Stewart, sentenced to one year of probation for reckless conduct. Fined $300.
Ruby B. Williams, sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $500.
Michael Carter, probation revoked to a miminum six month long term in patient treatment program for new offense and failure to pay fines.
Jeffrey Lake, probation revoked to a long term in patient treatment program for a positive drug test in an effort to harm himself.
Noah Jackson, probation revoked to 120-180 days in state probation detention center for new offense, missing curfew, and admitted drug use.
Quintravious Blackwell, probation revoked to 120 days in jail for positive drug test, leaving the state without permission, failure to obtain mental health evaluation, and failure to pay court fines.
Jennifer Walters, probation revoked to 30 days in jail for new offense and failure to pay court fines.
