Mrs. Julia Mae Jordan Nash

A celebration for life for Mrs. Julia Mae Jordan Nash was held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, 4606 Springfield Drive, Newborn, GA 30056. Rev. Annette Nash, eulogist; Rev. Adrian Usher, pastor.

Mrs. Nash died April 5, 2023.

Julia Mae Jordan Nash was born on June 5, 1954 to the late Lewis Jordan and Mae Lucy Webb Jordan. She attended Springfield Elementary and Pearl High School in Madison.

Julia married Curtis Nash, Jr. and this union produced five beautiful children. Julia loved the Lord with all of her heart. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, cooking and making everyone around her smile.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mae Lucy Webb Jordan; father, Lewis Jordan; brother, James Lewis Jordan and sister, Margaret Hodnett.

Julia is survived by three sons, Michael Jordan of Eatonton, Curtis Nash III (Tameka) of McDonough, and Tory Nash (Raben) of Monticello; daughters, Curstina Russell (Renzo) of Covington, and Shayla Hardwick (Leroy) of Monticello; sisters, Myrtle Denson and Mildred Jordan of Lithonia; 24 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
