Hospital Administrator To Retire

Jasper Health Services, Inc. (JHS) held the employee Christmas luncheon for the staff on Friday, Dec. 16.

At the luncheon, Board Members Alison Hildebrant and Walker Jordan honored Jan Gaston, Administrator, for 42 years of service and retirement December 31.

The Mammography Center is now named The Jan Gaston Women’s Imaging Center. The Mammography program, offering the latest 3D technology, and bone density scans was started in October 2019 and women are receiving a vital preventive screen right at home.

Robert Cumbie, RPh, is assuming the position of JHS Administrator effective January 1, 2023. Mr. Cumbie has served as a pharmacist with the hospital since 2007 and director of the pharmacy since 2013.
