Driver Faces Many Charges

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) handled numerous calls of all types during the last week.

Many people were cited for moving violations, but deputies also responded to fights, stabbings, stalking accusations, reported burglaries, animal calls, motor vehicle accidents as well as personal accidents (such as someone falling from tree), and many other types of calls. They directed traffic, served civil papers, handled lots of activity.

Persons booked into the Jasper County Detention Center in that timeframe include:

•Christian Brown, 31, Jackson—obstruction of officers (four counts), possession of Methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, driving on divided highways, endangering the life of a child – DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol/less safe, safety restraint violation (under 8 years of age), speeding

•Jake Keith Hyde, 29, Monticello—DUI/ – driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, less safe (DUI)

•Kiere Shar’don Farrar, 26, Monticello—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge

•Matthew Scott Baldwin, 23, Porterdale—battery- family violence (first offense)

•Christopher Derrick Howard, 36, Monticello—driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Rohan Michael Davis, 31, Covington—driving while license suspended or revoked, headlights, marijuana – possession less than one ounce

•Derian Jade Adams, 32, Jackson—driving while license suspended or revoked

•Joshua Harrison Wisner, 42, Debary, FL—probation violation

•Faaruwq Abdullah Muhammad, 38, Monticello—driving while license suspended or revoked

•Marc Andrew Muckle, 33, Lithonia—aggravated stalking (two counts), violate family violence order (two counts)

•Alex Kelvin Carter, 61, Monticello—failure to wear seat safety belt, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession and use of drug related objects, open container of alcohol, DUI/driving under the influence of alcohol

•Brandon Dakota Egnor, 27, Covington—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge.

•Curtis Lee Dubose, 44, Jonesboro—probation violation

•Anthony Eugene Parker, 37, Monticello—criminal damage to property – first degree.

•Keith Dwayne Jones, 56, Barnesville—reckless driving
