Persons Are Arrested

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) conducted nearly 150 traffic stops in the last week, resulting in several arrests.

They also conducted numerous premises checks, as well as serving civil papers, directing traffic, and lots of other types of calls.

Persons booked into the Jasper County Detention Center in the last week include:

•Dewayne Eddie Williams, 57, homeless—probation violation.

•Erik Michael Trent, 43, Covington—probation violation

•Terrance Antonia Bostic, 36, Monticello—Contempt of Superior Court for fingerprintable charge

•Shawn Curtis Hauk, 38, Monticello—battery/family violence (first offense)

•Sarah Jael Douglas, 44, Decatur—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge (two counts)

•Jeremy Eugene Ellenburg, 41, Stockbridge—financial transaction card fraud, forgery of a financial transaction card

•Sandra Elise Freeman, 49, Covington—probation violation

•Robert Lee Evans, 32, Monticello—Hit and Run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident

•Tommy Hulland Wyatt, Jr, 74, Monticello—receipt, possession or transport of fire arm by convicted felon, reckless conduct, simple battery

•Kristal Weee, 23, Shady Dale—headlights, driving while license suspended or revoked

•Michael Scott Fuller, 22, Newborn— driving while license suspended or revoked

•Samantha Rene Spriner, 40, Conyers—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge (three counts)

•Mitchell Oliver Russell, 36, Newborn—Contempt of Superior Court for fingerprintable charge

•Christopher Adam Toney, 37, Flovilla—probation violation.

•Deborah Moger Tinsley, 35, Newborn—possession of methamphetamine
