Piedmont Tennis Set

The Piedmont Academy tennis teams will be small in number this spring but still have plenty of potential.

Both the Cougars and Lady Cougars have two team members and are set to begin the 2022 season on Thursday against Oak Mountain in Carrollton at 4 p.m.

Piedmont will then host Windsor Academy on March 17, at 4 p.m.

Seniors Landry Hull and MaLynne Webb will compete for the Lady Cougars while seniors Andrew Parish and Mason Tanner will take the court for the Piedmont boys this spring.

The tennis program is coached by Alison Hildebrant.

Other opponents this spring include Rock Springs, LaGrange Academy and St. George. The region tournament is set for April 12 at the South Bibb Recreation Center in Macon.
