Man Is Charged for Sexual Contact with Child

James Steven Garrison, 31, of Newborn, has been arrested and charged with aggravated child molestation and sexual battery against child under 16 after allegedly having sexual contact with a young child.

•Jerry Lee Boswell, 28, Madison—aggravated stalking, probation violation, possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Erin Leigh Boyd, 35, Mansfield—DUI/driving under the influence of alcohol.

•Timothy James Landress, Jr, 37, Monticello—tag lights, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, passing in a no passing zone, failure to stop at stop sign, dui/driving under the influence of multiple substances.

•Haley Alexandra Rodgers, 24, Monticello—battery/family violence.

Jacob Andrew Mason, 26, Monticello—simple battery/family violence

•Teresa Deanne Dailey, 34, Jackson—crossing guard lines with weapon/drugs/intoxicants, possession of marijuana/less than an ounce, open container violation, disorderly conduct, dui/alcohol & drugs, obstruction of law enforcement officer

•Thomas Jerrell Griggs, 40, Monticello—aggravated stalking, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats, simple battery against police officer/le dog/corrections or detention, simple battery against police office/Le Dog/corrections or detention.

•Lajacob Deondra Young, 26, Douglasville—headlight violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

•Zari Sahar Godfrey, 25, Monticello—possession and use of drug related objects.

•Christopher Lee Hughes, 42, Monticello—possession and use of drug related objects, possession of methamphetamine
