Mrs. Florene Jenkins Michael

Mrs. Florene Jenkins Michael was born February 10, 1937. Previously of Bailey Rd. Monticello, she passed away peacefully Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 where she resided in Crossville, Ala.

She was 84 years old and was predeceased by her loving husband of 64 years, Noel B Michael. (D:11/13/2017)

Mrs. Michael was also preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Atie Jenkins; brother, Albert Lee Jenkins and Tommy Jenkins.

She is survived by her sisters, Minnie Peppers, Carolyn Farr, and Patricia (Mack) Kaylor, and sister-in-law, Marlene Jenkins.

She was the most loving mother any child could be blessed with and will be sadly missed by her son, Steve (Janet) Michael Sr. and daughter, Fayelene (Jerry) Crum.

She is survived and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Dyann (Jackie) Reese, Steve “Bubba” Michael II, Nathan (Shelby) Michael, Summer (Josh),Wages, Michael (Tammy) Stracner, Karena Crum, Kristina (Sinclair)Crum, and Michael (Alecia) Crum.

She was very proud to also be “Maw-Maw” to 16 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021 from 3 to 8 p.m.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 at 1 p.m.

at W.T Wilson Funeral Chapel, 2226 Shiloh Main Street, Rainsville, Ala.,

Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery on Buttermilk Road, Hustleville, Ala.

Pall Bearers will be Nathan Michael, Steve “Boo” Michael III, Joshua Wages, Michael Stracner, Caleb Stracner, Cason Stracner.

Arrangements Entrusted to W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
