Lillian Renee Johnston-Ferguson

Lillian Renee Johnston-Ferguson of Monticello went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Thursday August 19, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lydia Johnston, her father, Clarence James Ferguson, and mother Mary Ruth Cleveland.

She leaves behind her sister, Regina Elmore, her brother, C.J. Ferguson; daughters, Shelby Dunninger and Heather Johnston; son, Sean-Patrick Johnston, grandchildren; Tristan-John Dunninger, Ricardo Diaz, Leland Dunninger, Mia Diaz, Wesley Dunninger, Laila Diaz, Natalia Diaz, and Atlas Arnold, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was a friend to so many and loved Jesus, she had a server’s heart! Ms. Johnston-Ferguson also volunteered with the Jasper County Community Food Bank, and worked at Sunrise Thrift Store.

A memorial service is being planned for Saturday Sept. 4, at 6 p.m. at Joshua’s Place 114 Duffey Rd, Jackson, GA 30233 with her church family.

Family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, Oct. 2 at 2 p.m. at The Sanctuary Baptist Church, 12643 Ga. Hwy. 87, Juliette, Ga.
