Items Are Taken from Vehicles in Monticello

Two residents on Funderburg Drive reported thefts from their vehicles early this week.

One reported the car battery stolen from the vehicle, and the other had tools and various straps taken from the vehicle.

In addition, a catalytic converter was taken from Ozburn’s Trailer Park. And, a 4-wheeler was taken from an address on Barnes Mountain Road.

Persons arrested in the last week, and their charges, include:

•Tiljansae Haynes, 20, Monticello—burglary, criminal damage to property-2nd degree, theft by taking, theft of service, criminal trespass and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Kenton Leon Kinard, 75, Monticello—driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Gregory Michael Heath, 54, Covington—possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Erik Michael Trent, 41, Covington—probation violation.

•Matthew Benson Cook, 45, McDonough—probation violation.

•Leon Andrew Anderson, 29, Dahlonega—aggravated stalking.

•Jessie William Jenkins, 42, Shady Dale—expired registration, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Michael Patrick Toskes, 56, Monticello—simple battery (2 counts).

•Christopher Quantis Clark, 36, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Dana Sterling George, 47, Newborn—probation violation, speeding and driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Billy Joe Wages, 45, Eatonton—probation violation.

•Chassidy Jewel Pendergrass, 23, Covington—probation violation.

•Joshua Ryan Orr, 21, Jackson—aggravated stalking.

•Deante Anteon Smith, 28, Monticello—sale of cocaine.
