Persons Are Arrested
Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office investigated two burglaries in the last week—one was an amount of cash, and the other was a Ford Fusion which was later recovered.
Deputies also investigated a case of ID fraud, and a forgery. In addition, someone stole 4300 gallons of water on Hwy. 83 south from the city of Monticello.
•Shirley Jean Suttles, 60, Monticello—terroristic threats, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.
•Melissa Mechelle Livsey, 37, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.
•Lisa Summer Cox, 22, Monticello—simple battery.
•Chassidy Jewel Pendergrass, 21, Monticello—probation violation.
•Anna Christine Kohlhaas, 32, Monticello—hold for warrant in Newton Co.
•Jonathan Bailey Shook, 23, Murrayville—hold for warrant in Dawson Co.
•Wesley Donald Stephens, 54, Covington—probation violation.
•Jeffery Lyne Peebles, 51, Jackson—possession of methamphetamine.
•Robert Raquez Adams, 25, Eatonton—hold for warrant in Baldwin Co.
•Wayne Clinton Carter, 62, Monticello—possession of a Schedule I controlled substance (two counts), drugs related objects and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
•Cedric Bernard Jones, 47, Bishop—probation violation.
•Deborah Moger Tinsley, 32, Newborn—criminal trespass and cruelty to children-3rd degree (five counts).
•Ronnie Bernard Barner, 48, Marshallville—probation violation.
•John J. Mazzola, 61, Gray—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, open container and failure to maintain lane.
•Matthew Scott Beam, 33 Shady Dale—hold for warrant in Suwanee Co.
•Dexter Darrell Brown, 51, Monroe—driving while license suspended or revoked.
