William Bobby Sutton, Sr

William Bobby Sutton, Sr., age 76, of Monticello passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at his residence.

Bobby Sutton was born in Abbeville, on May 6, 1943. His parents were the late William Elbert Sutton and Gladys Teen Dunagan Sutton. Bobby served in the U.S. Navy.

Bobby retired from Georgia Pacific Corporation. He enjoyed reading and napping. He was an out-going person that loved to aggravate family and friends. He was a member of Adgateville Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Lewis Sutton of Monticello; sons, William Bobby (Tracie) Sutton, Jr. of Covington, James Earl Sutton and Jonathon Sheppard Sutton of Monticello; grandchildren, Brittney Sutton, Joelle Sutton and William Bobby Sutton, III; and six great-grandchildren.
