Jackson in 1948, and they lived in Round Oak during their entire lives together. Mrs. Jackson most recently resided in Gray Nursing Home.

She was loved by many, and was a tireless and selfless caregiver to her family. Euphama was a wonderful cook, and was especially known for her delicious cakes and pies.

Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Bernard Leo Jackson; sons, Bruce Alan Jackson and Darryl Rummage Jackson; parents Rummage and Ella Fulks; sisters, Martha Dorcas Hallman and Alice Faye Fulks; and granddaughter, Jamie Euphama Jackson.

She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Jackson of Round Oak and Lana Jackson Webb (Jim) of St. Simons Island; sons, Wendell Jackson of Wayside and Shannon Jackson (Chris) of Atlanta; sister, Betty Jean Garvin of Gray; and brother, George Fulks of Hillsboro, Ill.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, and in-laws, all of whom she dearly loved.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Gray Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and Kindred Hospice for their loving and compassionate care during the last year of Mrs. Jackson’s life. All of her caregivers at each of these facilities were earthly angels, who went above and beyond to care for her. The Jackson family will always be grateful for their love and care, which was truly extraordinary.
