Persons Are Arrested
Jasper County deputies were called to a report of a burglary at Acadmey Village Apartments on Hillsboro Street last week, where numerous items were reportedly taken.
They were also called to a report of a missing tag on Gaissert Road, and transaction card theft at Larry’s Four-Way.
Persons arrested in the last week, and their charges, include:
•Basil Franklin Maroney, Jr., 45, Parksdale, LA— criminal attempt to commit a felony and obscene internet contact with a child and violation of computer pornography and child exploitation prevention act.
•Christopher Dale Irwin, 33, Monticello—probation violation.
•Louie Yhuan-Burt Daly, 36, East Point— probation violation.
•Hunter Ray White, 23, Covington—probation violation.
•Kimberly Lynn Howard, 43, Fort Payne, Ala.—possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of Schedule II controlled substance, failure to obey traffic control device, endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol or drug and drugs not in original container.
•Nicole Starr Anderson, 30, Conyers—probation violation.
•Thomas Robert Anderson, Jr., 34, Monticello—probation violation.
•James Dermichael Perry, 35, Decatur—fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, open container of alcohol and driving unsafe or improperly equipped vehicle.
•Jason Aaron Bard, 37, Griffin—hold for a warrant in Whitfield Co.
•Randy Lewis Bennett, 30, Covington—probation violation.
•Elisha Stephens Mohone, 22, Madison—financial transactions card theft (2 counts), financial transaction card fraud and two counts of burglary.
•Derrick J. Dumas, 30, Monticello—probation violation.
