Several Have Probation Revoked
Lori Lee Davis was sentenced to two years of confinement for possession of methhamphetamine and possession of marijuana by Judge Brenda Trammell during last week’s session of Superior Court.
Last week’s court docket was very light with the judge reviewing only six probation cases including the following:
Dantreze Nelson, balance of probation sentence revoked to state penal system for new offenses committed in Putnam County including pandering, sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a housing project, failure to report to the probation office and failure to pay court fines.
Donald Beacham, 225 days of the probated sentence revoked to the Jasper County jail for a new charge of aggravated assault.
Roger Wilkerson, 71 days revoked to Jasper County jail for positive drug screening, failure to report to the probation office, failure to pay court fees, and failure to complete community service. He shall perform 40 hours of community service and shall register for a risk reduction class within 30 days while also paying toward his court fines.
Christian Gilreath, 60 days revoked to Jasper County jail for failure to report to the probation office, failure to make regular court payments, failure to complete community service, and failure to complete a family violence intervention program. Upon release, he shall complete community service within 90 days and enroll in a family violence intervention program.
Akeem Miller, 32 days revoked to Jasper County jail and credited for time served after failing to report to probation, failing to pay court fees, and failing to complete community service.
Judge Trammell also ordered a bond reduction for Jimmie Cronan.
