Timothy Nathan ‘Tim’ Anglin
Timothy Nathan “Tim” Anglin, age 58, passed away Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at Jasper Memorial Hospital.
Tim Anglin was born in Covington, to James Anglin and the late Margaret Evelyn Cochran Anglin. He was a lifelong resident of Jasper County.
Tim enjoyed cooking and feeding everyone he knew, throwing horseshoes and spending time with his grandchildren. He worked as a plumber for G. L. Bailey Plumbing Company in Covington
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Green Anglin of Monticello; children, Loree (Brad) Selman and Walt (Ashli) Anglin of Monticello; grandchildren, Ryder Selman, Rhett Selman, Austin Anglin, Kyle Anglin and Lilla Belle Anglin; father, James Anglin of Monticello; brother, Gary (Carol) Anglin of Monticello; and sister, Becky Anglin (fiancé, Mike Hersey) of Conyers; and nephews, William (Chase) Anglin and Christopher Anglin.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at West View Cemetery. Rev. Charles Roper will officiate.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Matthews, Jerry “Turkey” Holland, Greg Mattison, Jud Kirksey, Robby Wyatt, Terry McMichael, Cory McMichael, Brad Selman, Chris Anglin and Will Anglin.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, at Jordan Funeral Home.
