Persons Are Arrested
Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) are investigating several incidents from the past week.
Arrests were made at McMichael’s Pizza after a pair allegedly tried to pass forged and/or counterfeit checks.
A burglary was reported at Bear Creek Point Road where a rifle and a wallet containing many items were reported missing. Also, a chrome book was reported missing from an address on Partridge Drive. There was also a trailer and propane tank taken from an address on Ezell Road.

•Christopher Lance Fowler, Jr., 27, Monticello—false statements and writings, concealment of facts (2 counts), deposit account fraud (2 counts), forgery-4th degree ((3 counts).
•Morgan Cierra Payne, 24, Monticello—forgery-4th degree (2 counts) and theft of lost/mislaid property.
•Marty Lyle Bilbrey, Jr., 27, Newborn—cruelty to children-2nd degree, cruelty to children-3rd degree and battery.
•Louie Yhuann-Burt Daly, 35, East Point—Jasper County Superior Court failure to appear bench warrant.
•Jamel Alan Brooks, 32, Milledgeville—possession of Schedule III, IV or V with intent to distribute, use of firearm by a convicted felon during the commission of a crime, possession of Schedule I or II with intent to distribute, possession of firearm/knife during commission of a felony and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
•Michael Dwayne Reese, 22, Milledgeville—possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of firearm/knife during the commission of a felony, possession of a Schedule III, IV or V with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and defective equipment.
•Shirley Jean Suttles, 58, Monticello—obstruction of a law enforcement officer (three counts) and disorderly conduct.
•Jeffery Sean Kidd, II., 25, Covington—probation violation.
•Tameka Denise Davis, 36, Monticello—purchase/possess/manufacture/distribute or sale of marijuana.
•Robert Donta Clark, 33, Newborn—probation violation.
•Bennie C. Morris, Jr., 24, Covington—possession of methamphetamine.
•Daniel Kenneth Bowman, 31, Covington—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, impersonating a public officer or employee, fleeting/eluding a police officer, driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to stop at stop sign.
•Sandra Elise Freeman, 44, Conyers—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
•Ronnie Chris George, 46, Conyers—driving while license suspended or revoked.
•Lawrence Edward Digby, 33, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stop at stop sign.
•Roland Brently Beatty, 38, Monticello—contempt of Jasper County Superior Court.
