Several Are Arrested during Week
The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office only reported four incidents this week, and two of them—a burglary and a theft by taking—occurred the same address on Liberty Church Road some three days apart.
In another incident from earlier in the month, a complainant on Hwy. 142 in Newborn said she bought mattresses that were sold as new, but were not new.
