Persons Are Arrested this Week

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office investigated three burglaries in the last week.

On August 15, there was a report of a pink wallet with bank cards enclosed taken from an address on Eatonton Street. On August 18, there was reportedly $500 taken from an address on Turtle Cove Trailway. In the third, a pressure washer was taken from an address on Hwy. 11 north.

Persons arrested in the last week, and their charges, include:

•Patrick James Harvard, 26, Mansfield—possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and purchase/possession/manufacture/distribution or sale of marijuana.

•Scotty Eugene Whitehead, 49, Covington—probation violation.

•Emmanuel Togba, 32, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and possession of drug related objects.

•Candy Yvonne Cleveland, 46, Monticello—too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Nicholas Wayne Ramey, 37, Mansfield—possession of methamphetamine, seat belt violation and drug related objects.

•Luis Anthonio Marcario, 33, Shady Dale—aggravated assault.

•Joshua Cordarryl McDaniel, 31, Ellenwood—possession of Schedule II controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked and purchase/possess/manufacture/sale of marijuana.

•Demertria Contrail White, 34, Porterdale—battery.

•Thomas Lee Conner, 55, Mansfield—failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Denise Ann Figueroa, 43, Jonesboro—purchase/possess/manufacture/distribute or sale of marijuana.

•Joseph Clinton Kirkpatrick, 36, Porterdale—terroristic threats.

•John Robert Dempsey, 43, Monticello—Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant.

•Bill Karl Hendrix, 36, Decatur—probation violation.
