Persons Are Sentenced in Superior Court

Judge Alison Burleson presided over the June 13 motion day court calendar with the following sentences ordered:

Timothy Dalton Wyatt, sentenced to five years of probation for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of school, and obstruction of an officer. Fined $1,500.

Derrick Darnell Campbell, sentenced to 12 months of probation for possession of marijuana and obstruction of an officer. Fined $400.

Telly Banks, balance of sentence revoked to Jasper County jail until July 2018 for new offenses including four counts of financial transaction card theft and theft by taking in Dekalb County and failure to perform community service.

Elizabeth Ann Smith, probation revoked to Jasper County jail for 30 days for failure to complete community service, court ordered classes, and failure to pay court fees.

David Allan Hicks was granted bond of $5,000 for offense of burglary in first degree.
