Persons Are Arrested

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded to a report of theft on Lakshore Drive last week, where jewelry was missing.

They also responded to an incident at Ingles where a parked car was hit.

In addition, numerous people were booked into the Jasper County Detention Center during the week ending Tuesday, March 21. They include:

•Joe Franklin Christian, 39, Monticello—child support.

•April Bryant Westbrook, 48, Shady Dale—Jasper County Magistrate Court Bench warrant.

•Korey Nicholas Mauldin, 23, Monticello—simple battery.

•Robert Timothy Wheeler, 35, Monticello—simple battery.

•Steven Edward Fuller, 31, Covington—probation violation.

•Walter Mead Carter, 64, Monticello—probation violation.

•Donald Loren Pope, 62, Monticello—possession of Schedule IV controlled substance (2 counts) and drugs not in original container.

•Daniel Frederick Desa, 19, Tucker—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and failure to yield to authorized emergency vehicle.

•Timothy Dalton Wyatt, 17, Covington—hold for warrant in Newton Co.

•Aaron Matthew Nelson, 22, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operation of unregistered vehicle, insurance requirement violation and unauthorized blue lights.

•Jayson Paul Shelton, 34, Conyers—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, suspended vehicle registration and possession and use of drug related objects.

•Edward Brady Clark Medina, 21, Mansfield—probation violation.

•Annie Belle Gay, 30, Monticello— abandonment of dangerous drugs, drugs not kept in original container and possession of methamphetamine.

•Bridgett Lynn Jones, 33, Monticello—giving false name, address or date of birth to law enforcement officer.

•Anthony Eugene Parker, 32, Monticello—probation violation.

•Tesha Marie Ross, 34, Covington— possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug related objects.

•Wayne Ellis Mask, 39, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug related objects.

•Nichole Lynne Page, 33, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug related objects.

•Brian Patrick McMonagle, 34, Covington—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
