Gloria Belinda Womack Nesler

Mrs. Gloria Belinda Womack Nesler, age 66, passed away Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016.

A memorial service was on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Eatonton.

Mrs. Nesler was born in Monticello and lived in Eatonton area most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Roy Womack and the late Gloria Mitchell Womack. Mrs. Nesler was a veteran of the United States Army. A former Drill Sergeant, she was proud to serve her country and always supported the military.

She was described by her family as the sweetest and most loving person you could meet. Mrs. Nesler loved her family, especially her grandchildren, as well as crafts of all kinds, gardening, fishing and nature.

Mrs. Nesler was preceded in death by her sister, Debra Womack Hardin, and her brother, Tommy Womack.

Mrs. Nesler is survived by her sons, Isaac (Heather) Nesler of Monticello and Stephen Bernard of Putnam County; sister, Jennifer Patterson of Eatonton; brothers, Tim Womack of Monticello and Sidney Womack of Hillsboro, step-mother Pat Whitman of Monticello, grandchildren Logan Nesler and Lyla Nesler of Monticello, Hailey Dalrymple of Alabama, and Hannah Bernard of Kentucky, as well as several nieces and nephews
