Thefts Reported; Arrests Listed
Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) are investigating the theft of firearms in northwest Jasper County that was reported Sunday.
The theft of a pistol and rifle was reported at an address on Landers Way, with a Covington address, but in Jasper County.
Deputies were also called to Dollar General in the last week about someone using a counterfeit bill for a purchase.
In another incident, at a Mansfield address, a resident reported the theft of some blood glucose strips.
