Lady ‘Canes Win Big

The varsity Lady Hurricanes defeated region opponent Crawford County 63-38 Tuesday evening.

Madison Abbott led the team with 25 points, Jameecia Thurman added 11, Alyssa Wilson had 9, and Mackenzie Tripp had 8.

The Canes fell 80-69 to the region foe. C.J. Adams, named Player of the Game, had 22 points.

The varsity squads will travel to Macon County Friday, Jan. 29 and host Warren on Saturday, Jan. 30. Games tip-off at 6 p.m. both days.
