MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

Jasper County is all decked out in Christmas lights, and some of our readers have been good enough to share their photos, and we had a roving photographer also getting some shots this week. More lights will be featured next week as well.

Another sign Christmas is right around the corner is that inside today’s regular paper is a special section containing letters to Santa Claus from children in the community, most of them written at school, preschool, or day care. And, those birthday wishes are surrounded by well-wishes from our advertisers, whom we appreciate so very much for bringing the section to you, and allowing us to provide the news to this community. So, from our staff to you, we say Merry Christmas, this week, a little early, and we will reiterate our wishes in our Christmas eve edition next week.
