Bruce Alan Jackson

Bruce Alan Jackson, age 62, of Round Oak, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2015, surrounded by his family at the Coliseum Medical Center in Macon.

Bruce Jackson was born on January 16, 1953, and lived in Round Oak, Ga., most of his life. He was a welder by trade, and his hobbies were hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Warnell Harpe Jackson; father, Bernard Leo Jackson; and brother, Darryl Jackson.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Jackson Poole of McDonough; grandsons, Jayson Whitson, II, Grant Poole, Ezra Poole, and Foxx Poole; mother, Euphama Fulks Jackson of Round Oak; and sisters and brothers, Cheryl Jackson of Round Oak, Lana Jackson Webb of Augusta, Wendell Jackson of Round Oak, and Shannon Jackson of Atlanta; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Jordan Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, from 1 to 2 p.m.at Jordan Funeral Home.
