The intersection of Hwy. 212 west and Bethel Church Road was again the site of an accident on Tuesday morning (top photo). Eric Clark of Dacula, driving a 2014 Freightliner box truck was traveling on Bethel Church Road. After stopping at the stop sign, he proceeded into the intersection striking Shawn McCowan of Monticello who was driving on Hwy. 212 in a 1996 Ford F-150 pick-up truck.

On Monday, Tracey Clark of Monticello was traveling east on Hwy. 212 and lost control of her 2003 Chevrolet Venture (right photo), and came to rest off the road in a wooded area.
