Several Are Arrested
Local law enforcement officers had a relatively quiet week last week, with only one incident report to review.
Deputies were called to a location near Shady Dale about a stolen bicycle.
Several arrests, however, were made during the week. Those arrested and their charges include:
•Amy Richelle Chandler, 34, Monticello—possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and drugs not in original container.
•Matthew Bryan Jackson, 32, Monticello—probation violation, burglary, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
•Mark Wayne Britt, 25, Monticello—hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal.
•Nicholas Walto, 37, Cumming—Jasper County Superior Court failure to appear bench warrant.
•William Howard Stinson, 60, Snellville—hold for a warrant in Morgan Co.
•Sarah Marie Hinds, 27, Milner—tail light violation, no drivers license on person and obstruction of law enforcement officer.
•Joseph Eli Lanford, 31, Covington—possession of methamphetamine, following too closely and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
•Dean Gibson Kilby, 58, Monticello—criminal damage to property in the second degree.
•David Christopher Hardwick, 49, Monticello—disorderly conduct.
•Austin Delainey Proctor, 22, Conyers — possession of methamphetamine and possession of use of drug related objects.
•Preston Bowe, 28, Monticello—aggravated assault (two counts).
•Alvin Adonis Bailey, 27, Monticello—probation violation.
•Curtis Lee Ross, 62, Covington—probation violation.
•Jessie Lamar Barber, 40, Monticello—child support.
•Michael Chad Greenway, 39, Monticello—probation violation.
•Destiny Nicole Moore, 19, Mansfield: trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
•Kevin Andrew Wilhite, 30, Monticello—trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
•Stephanie Ellen Anderson, 26, Monticello—pimping and keeping a place of prostitution.
•Kevin Dewayne Delee, 25, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and theft by receiving stolen property.
