Eunice Odoms Williams

Funeral services for Eunice Odoms Williams were held Saturday, May 9 at White Chapel A.M.E. Church in Round Oak with burial in the church cemetery.

She died May 5 at her residence.

Mrs. Williams was born August 1, 1922. She joined White Chapel A.M.E Church at a young age where she formerly served on the Trustee and Stewardess Boards, sang in the choir, and was one of the mothers of the church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Williams, Jr.

Survivors include three daughters, Louise (Walter) Goolsby, Jr. of Gray, Gaynell (Coleman) Ammons of Round Oak, and Barbara (John J) Am’Mons of Grapevine, Texas; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Juanita Williams of Monticello; and sister-in-law, Thelma Odoms of Detroit, Mich.
