Edna Geraldine Cain Holman
Edna Geraldine Cain Holman, age 68, of Monticello, died Friday, April 3, 2015, at The Retreat Nursing Home.
Edna Holman was born in Columbus, Ga., and moved to Monticello 25 years ago. Her parents were the late Daniel Webster Cain and Nellie Whetstone Cain. She attended Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Holman; and brothers and sisters, Walter Daniel Cain, Larry Cain, Marlene McLaughin, Kenneth Cain, Wayne Cain, and Jean Ervin.
She is survived by her son and daughters-in-law, David and Felicia Holman of Monticello, and Amy Holman of Monticello; grandchildren and their spouses, Leah and Paul Campbell, Lyndsy Holman, Michael Clayton and Aleashia Holman, Jesse Holman, Hali Holman, and David Ty Holman; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Blaze Campbell, Paisleigh Belle Holman, Jasper Stone Campbell, and Jace Talon Castellana; and sisters and brother, Kathy Hines of Cataula, Michael Cain, Judy Love, and Janice Smith, all of Columbus.
A memorial service will be held at noon, Monday, April 6, 2015, at the chapel of Jordan Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Roper will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until noon, Monday, April 6, 2015, at Jordan Funeral Home.
