Several Have Probation Revoked

Several individuals had their probation revoked over the past week during two separate motion days conducted in Jasper Superior Court. Those individuals include:

•Rocky Eugene Delee, revoked balance of sentence to jail for failure to report to probation office on multiple occasions, not abiding by curfew, failure to pay fines, and testing positive to drug use.

•Antonio Juhan, revoked to serve 30 days in jail for failure to report to probation office.

•David Jason Greene, failed to notify court of address change and failed to report to probation office and was sentenced to jail for 180 days with suspension upon entry into probation detention center.

•Marcus Lanier Smith, revoked to jail for 120 days with credit for time served since October for new offense of giving false information and failure to pay fines.

•Thomas David Smith, revoked to serve 45 days in jail for new offense of theft by taking.

•Terri Lynn Tyler, revoked to serve 180 days in jail suspended upon entry into probation detention center for new offense of obstruction of an officer and public drunkenness.

•Teresa Marie Schwartz, revoked to serve seven days in jail for failure to report to probation office, pay fines, complete community service and substance abuse evaluation and new charge of burglary.

•Christopher James Christian, revoked to serve 60 days in jail with reduction to 30 days if pays past fines, resumes reporting to probation office and performs community service.

•David Christopher Hardwick, revoked to serve seven days in jail for failure to pay fines and new charges of public drunkenness and indecency.

•Alvin Adonis Bailey, given 90 days to pay portion of delinquent fines and complete community service if fails to do so must report to jail.

•Jerry Brown, previous order to report to probation detention center for 90 days vacated if pays fines within week.

•John Scott Austin, revoked to serve 60 days in jail upon release, obtain substance abuse evaluation and begin classes for new offense of positive drug test.

•Steven Kelly Brownlee, revoked to serve 90 days in jail for new charges of simple battery, family violence and cruelty to children in third degree. Upon release banished from Jasper County.
