Several Burglaries Are Reported

A number of individuals have reported burglaries in the last week, most of which fall under the theft by taking category.

Items taken include telephones, a culvert, some metal to-go boxes, and items from a work shed.

Persons arrested during the last week include:

•Peter Evan Allen, 34, Monticello—disorderly conduct.

•David Christopher Hardwick, 48, Monticello—probation

violation, public drunkenness and public indecency.

•Teresa Marie Schwartz, 26, Carrollton—probation violation.

•Taylor Gregory Adam Fritz, 18, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

•Maria Ladell Hutcheson, 27, Newborn—probation violation.

•Johnny Dwayne Farley, 54, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Scott Lee Duckett, 43, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Tommie Lee Dunn, 49, Monticello—possession of marijuana less than an ounce driving in violation of conditions of limited permit, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of open container in vehicle passenger area.

•Clinton Brandon Stokes, 36, Lizella — possession/manufacturing/distribution or possession with intent of any controlled substance or marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, purchase/possess/manufacture/distribute/sale of marijuana, crossing guard lines with weapons/drugs or intoxicants, and drug related objects and speeding.

•Jessica Nichole Hammock, 29, Hillsboro—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and speeding.

•Anne Phillips Carter, 38, Jackson: failure to maintain lane, open container and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Mitchell Alton Sailors, 46, Monticello: probation violation.
