MS Cougars Falter

Piedmont Academy’s Middle School basketball teams were swept at home Friday by Loganville Christian Academy.

Both games were competitive with the Middle School girls falling 26-20 and the boys dropping a 35-27 contest.

Madison McCart paced the Middle School Lady Cougars with 12 points. Madison Sanders added four while Jordan Camp and Hailey Hooper both scored two.

A 14-point effort by Tate Marks wasn’t quite enough for the Middle School boys. Tate had a big third quarter with eight total points, including a 3-pointer. J.T. Webb and Owen Brady both finished with four points while Browning Benton scored three and Dylan Coe finished with two.
