Dennis Lee Simmons, age 68, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Prospect United Methodist Church in Mansfield. Rev. Melanie Stanley-Soulen will officiate.

Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Legion GA Post 110, P. O. Box 551, Monticello, Ga, 31064; in memory of Dennis Simmons.
