Debby Dammann

Debby Dammann, loving wife and best friend to David Dammann, died on May 12, 2014 of a cerebral hemorrhage at Emory Hospital.

Debby was well-known in the county for raising funds for the Jasper County Volunteer Fire and Rescue. Debby served as chairperson for the Jasper County Planning and Zoning board as well as President of the Turtle Cove Association Board.

Debby served the United States Government for 24 years as a Grant Contract Officer for the ACTION Agency for the states of Florida, South Carolina and Mississippi.

Debby is survived by her loving husband, David Dammann; daughter, Dr. Shannon Dammann Downs; son, Sean Dammann, and wife, Tammy Dammann; daugther, Leigh Ann Heffner, and seven grandchildren.
