Probation Is Revoked for Several

Bond was revoked for Christopher Everette Head of an address in Turtle Cove, on the charges of possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth and possession of marijuana, in Superior Court Tuesday, with Judge Hulane E. George, presiding.

The charges came as a result of Mr. Head’s arrest in May of 2013, as reported in The News at that time. At the time of that arrest Mr. Head was in possession of several weapons and a large stock of ammunition which resulted in a federal weapons charge.

Simultaneously with Jasper County, the federal court in Macon also revoked Mr. Head’s bond on those charges.

After being arraigned on the meth and weapons charges Mr. Head has pled not guilty, however, since his initial arrest he has been rearrested on several occasions and on various charges. Mr. Head will now remain incarcerated until a trial takes place, or a plea is taken on the charges.
