Piedmont B-Team Golf Wins

Piedmont Academy’s B-team golfers had the chance to compete and take center stage against Central Fellowship and Nathanael Greene Monday.

P.J. Leonetti was low medalist for the Cougars with a round of 40. Also contributing to the victory were Chandler Burrell, with a season low 47; Hunter Pope with a career low of 52 and Savannah McGinnis with a 59.

“It was great to get these golfers out on the course and compete,” coach Wes Tanner said. “It will serve them so much good to have have this match experience moving forward.”
