HEAD-ON

Two cars crashed in what was reported as a head on collision Saturday night just before dark on Hwy. 11 North at Seven Islands Road.

Christopher Jones was driving a 2008 Chevrolet HHR, and he was cited with failure to maintain lane. Kristina Forbes was driving a 2012 Toyota Prius.

Debris from the accident was scattered over half a mile between the two vehicles, from the Sardis Church to the pecan orchard.
