Tyler Cooper Plays Contest Two Weeks, Wins Two Weeks

Tyler Cooper is on a hot streak, winning his second football contest and he did it in consecutive weeks. He’d only played once before.
Last week Mr. Cooper, a sophomore at Jasper County High School won the $25 prize and Monday he picked up another $25 prize from Georgia Tech fan, Wes Crowe at Covington Ford last week’s contest sponsor.
Not too bad, going two for two. Mr. Cooper’s wins both came from guessing the closest on the tie-breaker game, which was GT at Georgia this week. Mr. Cooper guessed that 48 points would be scored in the match-up, in which the final score was Georgia 42, Tech 10.

In addition to Mr. Cooper, there were six others that correctly guessed the winner of 13 games listed. The next closest on the tie-breaker was Dalton Edward with a guess of 45, Willy Roberts with a guess of 60, Kelly Batchelor guessed 62, Walker Jordan guessed 63, Ozburn McMurry guessed 64, and Tink Dover guessed 78.
There were also four contest players with 12 correct making it on the honor roll with just two more weeks to correctly guess 12 or more correctly to have his/her name added to the drawing for the grand prize of four Chick-fil-a Bowl tickets. Those with 12 correct were Ted Colvard, Kevin Gaston, Jan Gaston, and Terry McCart.
