BIG FISH

Four local fisherman caught 11 catfish on Lake Sinclair Saturday, June 23.

Terrell Thomas caught a 9.10 pound catfish, Darryl Thomas caught a 11.53 lb. catfish, Shakur Sands caught a 13.72 lb. catfish and Alex Stewart (pictured here) caught the fish of the day with a 29.63 lb “Blue Cat.”

The fishermen weighed their catch on certified scales at Monticello Farm and Garden, the same place where they had purchased their bait and tackle for the trip.
