Shannan Dorthea Campbell Faircloth
Shannan Dorthea Campbell Faircloth, 42, of Dothan, Ala., died Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Mrs. Faircloth was born in Griffin, to the late Douglas M. Campbell and Marsha White Cleveland. She graduated from Monticello High School in 1987. She loved to participate in local plays and talent shows. She was a member of Eastern Star in Monticello.
Through her love of music, Mrs. Campbell performed in many venues. She recorded an album and has two music videos on “You Tube.” She married her best friend, Rick Faircloth in 2003. She moved to Dothan, Ala. four years ago where she and Rick enjoyed their life together while raising Great Danes.
An uncle, M. Lewis White, Jr., and cousin, Earl Blaine Dunlap preceded her in death.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include children, Rick Faircloth, Luke Faircloth, and Brittany Bragg, all of Glenville, Heather Faircloth, Amber Faircloth, and Tommy Faircloth, all of Redwood Valley, Calif., and Candice Amodio of New Port Richey, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; step-father, Roger B. Cleveland of Atlanta; grandparents, Marion and Colleen Driver White of Forsyth; sister and brother-in-law, Lonna C. Lewis Glisson and Chuck Glisson of Guyton; and numerous other relatives.
A memorial service is planned for Sunday, June 17, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Jordan Funeral Home.
